Delete your account

You can delete your StreamFlow account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

Open Settings → Account.
Choose Delete Account and confirm.

By email

Email support@m4infotech.com from the address on your account. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your login (email and sign-in data)
Your plan record and registered devices
The encrypted backup of your playlist profiles

Deleting your account does not cancel an Amazon subscription. Cancel it first in your Amazon account under Memberships & Subscriptions. Playlists and history stored only on your devices are removed when you uninstall the app.
